How will you price my property?

We conduct a detailed analysis of comparable properties in the market to price your home strategically. We aim to maximize your income, reduce vacancy periods, and ensure we place the most qualified tenants in your home.

Our rigorous tenant screening process greatly reduces the likelihood of late or missed payments. However, bad things happen to even the best people, so if a tenant can no longer pay rent, we will begin the eviction process and place a qualified tenant in your property.

Once funds are collected, they are disbursed promptly via direct deposit or your preferred method. You’ll also receive detailed reports to ensure full transparency.

Every applicant undergoes a detailed screening process. This includes credit, employment status, criminal background, and rental history. We also contact past landlords and employers for personal references.

Tenants can easily submit requests online or call our phone lines. We’ll coordinate with trusted vendors and only proceed after your approval.

We are able to manage property with existing tenants. At the end of the current lease term, if the Lease has not
been violated and the tenant is in good standing, we will offer a renewal and write a new lease for the tenant. We
use our Lease when writing a new Lease for renewal

We will market the properties through several resources (our website, Zillow, Apartments.com, social media, signs
on the property, Facebook marketplace, etc). Unless otherwise provided, pictures will be taken when the unit is
empty to help with advertising.

We want to have your property rented as soon as we can. Once the property is properly turned over and ready for
showings, we will work diligently to find the right person for your home.

We disburse payments to all owners once all rental payments have cleared and no later than the 15th of every
month. You will have access to your property account at any time through your oner portal. We will send you an
owner statement after sending the owner disbursement.
